All of Sheridan College’s 1st year students can sign up as free members and will have full access to the PSB Fitness college gym in Mississauga and Brampton. This includes all weight equipment, benches, squat racks, treadmills and step climbers.

Who Can Visit the PSB Fitness College Gyms?
The PSB Fitness College Gym is welcome to all Sheridan students who currently attend any of the three campuses. Additionally, Sheridan One cards as well as a gym membership cards are required. On the other hand, all other future members who wish to join that do not attend Sheridan College are welcome. However, separate membership subscription systems will be applied to those who are non-Sheridan attendees.
