Student Workouts Between Classes Mississauga

Calling all students! Are you finding it difficult to squeeze a workout into your hectic schedule? We at PSB Fitness understand that between a busy school schedule, assignments, and even a part time job, it can be very hard to stay active. As a student you are constantly under the pressure of deadlines, exams and not to mention anything else that is going on your personal life. Exercising has many physical benefits which we are all aware of but, there are also many psychological benefits such as:

The Mississauga, Ontario location has all the top equipment from cardio machines to weight training machines. These machines are grouped depending on which part of the body you want to target. So, if it is leg day then head over to that designated area. Working out has never been easier!

PSB Fitness also runs 30-45min group fitness classes. These are timed so that you can drop in for session before, after or, in between classes. There are plenty of options to help you stay active! And if you are looking for something a little more relaxing, why not hit our steam room?

The gym has designated areas for whatever body part you want to target; allowing you to work out efficiently. There will always be a professional on hand if you are unsure on what to do or how to use a machine. Do not hesitate to ask!

Or, if you feel like you need a daily plan, you can book an appointment with one of our fitness trainers who can build you a weekly schedule around your classes. This can include workouts that you can do by yourself and group classes for those busy days. And don’t worry, they will include a rest day where you can attend a stretch class and then relax in the steam room.

PSB Fitness also offers a virtual platform for those days when going to the gym is just not an option. There will be pre-recorded workouts that you can follow along from the comfort of your own home. They offer classes such as body weight, yoga, HIIT classes, and much much more.  There is something for everyone!
