Holistic Workout

Our newly launched gyms boast of the most holistic approach to wellness, fitness and a stress-free life. You can sign up for group sessions every week to keep your emotional resilience intact and work through the tough stuff. By using the Emotional Freedom Technique you will be empowered to let go of those pesky stressors and prepare for the week ahead. You can also view videos on our website about mental health and get tips to handle difficult situations. Participate in a relaxing Mindful Meditation after your yoga session and enjoy your inner calm. DIY videos to enjoy the serenity of the present moment, at your convenience, are also available on our website.

We’re also connected to a community of certified chiropractors, reflexologists, massage therapists and certified counselors. You can find their contact details on our website and you can schedule appointments at your convenience. We’ve tied up with a certified nutritionist to visit our gyms twice a week. Workouts for Sheridan Students

The deal gets sweeter for students of Sheridan College with discounted rates for parking and lockers. You can drop in for a run after your 11am class, or stretch and join us for asanas and conscious breathing between group meetings. Students of the continuing education programs can make time for self-care after a long day at work and put on your learning cap before class. We have partnered with Sheridan College for Thrive Week and conducted special sessions to help students understand mental health issues and what they can do about them. We also host special sessions with the Sheridan Student Union.

Wellness Fair in Mississauga

We have planned a wellness fair in November, during reading week. You can sign up for sessions on quick healthy cooking, alternative therapies, making a personal vision board, special deep breathing exercises, everyday home remedies and lots more mindful meditations. You can also purchase organic incense, aromatherapy diffusers and oils, yoga matts and organic herbs at the Expo section, which will be set up in the parking lot.
