Learn how to swim with professional instructors that guide you through every step of the way, from the first erratic lesson to professional strokes in the pool. PSB Fitness also offers virtual and in-person lessons regarding fitness from professionals. This is free of cost monthly lesson on how to keep yourself fit. Topics such as nutrition, weight training, and cardio are all covered under this. We take pride in focusing on you. We do this by assigning an instructor to you twice per week for an hour. This is covered under the monthly payment you will make.

 

These instructors will focus on you to make sure you achieve your short- and long-term goals. From diet, form, weights, cardio and getting the most out of your gym time, these instructors will be with you every step of the way. We will not leave you alone on this journey to fulfill those fitness goals. In the off-hours, you can contact our instructors through email and live video chat on our website. Even when they are not in or not focusing on you, you can still go ahead and ask them for tips and tricks to up your levels of fitness at PSB Fitness.

To keep things interesting, we will offer you free meals either at the beginning of your workout or after your workout. These meals will be light and refreshing to keep things balanced. Now to the least important part, the monthly payment. You will only have to pay $15. For everything that is mentioned above is included in this payment, this sounds like a dream deal, we wish we had a gym like this when we were just starting too. 2. Form is everything

Proper form is crucial to ensure you’re engaging the right muscles and you’re not injuring yourself. At PSB Fitness, we have seasoned personal trainers to help you nail your form and make the most out of your workout. They watch you in real-time and give pointers or tips to make sure you have the proper form and maximize your gains.

3. Start light

To further help you nail your form, you need to start with light weights or even just your body weight. Your body needs to get used to doing certain movements and starting with light weights will set you up for success.

4. Don’t go overboard

As much as we want to see you at PSB Fitness every day, it’s best to start gradually. Start by going a few days a week, doing full-body workouts. Do a little bit of every muscle group to keep a balanced workout, then slowly add in days when you want to focus on a specific muscle group. As you progress, you can start dedicating each workout to one muscle group to build strength in that area and to give your other muscles some time to rest.

5. Take a rest day when you need to

You’ll likely be sore after your first few workouts. Listen to your body and take a day off when you’re feeling sore so you can still work out later that week. Give your body and muscles some time to recover so you can come back to the gym stronger. If you’re feeling too sore after a workout, that’s a sign you might be doing too much, and you can go easier at the gym.

Gym equipment rental program: – We understand how hectic it gets on a daily basis especially as a student running from one lecture to another and working on all the assignments alongside that you do not get time to go to the gym as often as you want. To solve that issue PSB Fitness has a gym equipment rental program, which allows our members to take equipment home for a certain period of time. Yoga mats, foam rollers, resistance bands, skipping ropes, light dumbbells, are some of the equipment that is available for our members to rent at no additional cost. Members can engage in our virtual programs in order to gain their desired training from the comfort of their homes.
