PSB Fitness is a gym with experienced trainers in Mississauga, they are ready to help you to reach your fitness goals. We are a place where members can feel part of a community Our experienced trainers will guide you and assist you to improve your form and become a gym expert.
Additonally you can also drop in in our train session where we show you the proper form for every excersise. The installations are equipped with quality equipmen,t and we have count with an extensive cardio area, so you never have to wait to train.
At PSB we will help you to become the best version of yourself, our nutritionist will guide you to find by provide you with the best diet for your lif style and goals. You will get a follow up every 4 weeks so you don’t get stock in your progress! We are located at 2 convenient locations to be near by you: Brampton and Mississauga.

Here is Matt! A certified personal trainer with 5 years of experience. He is a Sheridan alumni who is now excited to help other young members to become experts at the gym. He is also in for the soccer drop in session.
