3. Staying hydrated is good for your health

Lastly, the most important aspect about hydration is the health. There have been thousands of studies conducted on the reasons why water is crucial for your health. I won’t bore you with the nitty, gritty science behind it all. An informative article written in 2019 by writers at Goodyear Chiropractic Health Center stated that the main reasons would be its benefits in recovery, digestion and reducing fatigue (Admin, 2019).

Recovery, another no-brainer, as a young athlete you need to be locked and loaded before your next game or meet. Staying hydrated using AquaFresh will allow your body to get enough of the nutrients it needs to repair strained muscles or tendons.

Digestion, diet is extremely vital. You, as a young athlete, are reaching the years you would consider an athletic prime and to elongate your athleticism, you need to be able to eat and minimize issues within your body. Drinking water consistently and tracking how much you drink will let you eat and minimize the chance of dealing with issues such as indigestion.

Finally, reducing fatigue. I was also once a young athlete myself, I would not be tracking my water intake, I did not have an AquaFresh water bottle to keep me on top of my hydration which meant I was constantly fatigued. Consuming and tracking water intake will allow for you – a young athlete to do more after those grueling days.
