The PSB Gym at Sheridan College is here to help you achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself. From beginner workout routines to catered diets, our esteemed trainers, Jesse and Matt, will be here to guide you all the way.

What we have to offer

Sheridan beginner workouts and diets are available for you! Now you might be wondering… Why waste your time at a school gym? Schools are about academics and grades and education after all, chances are we probably don’t even have the required equipment, right? 

No!  Sheridan’s PSB Gym staff goes out of their way to make sure you are receiving the safest and highest quality tools needed to better your mind and your body!

Sheridan Beginner Workout Routines

If you’re new to the gym or even working out as a whole, know that you’ve come to the right place. Our coaches Jesse and Matt are not only high caliber industry professionals, but they’re also Sheridan Graduates! They understand the student grind, working studying and all, so you can rest-assured the advice they have to offer is valuable and genuine. Our staff cares about your health, and will advise you carefully during your workouts so that you can achieve your goals without sustaining any injuries. After all, exercise is about increasing your health and longevity. 

Sheridan Curated Diets for Workouts and Beginners

As a student, money is tight. We know, we’ve been there. Fortunately for you, we’re not just about the gains, because we can also reduce your financial pains. Our PSB Gym has a dedicated section right within it to take care of your dieting inquiries. Want to get leaner? Want to bulk up? No problem, we’ve got you. We offer you recipes that you can apply independently for meals at all points during the day. Excessive calories can be a burden, but our recipes enable you to capture the largest amount of energy for the least amount of caloric intake.

Where can you find us?

As of now, our main gym hub is in Sheridan College at the Hazel McCallion campus. We are situated at the third floor facing the Sheridan Student Union Office.
