Low calorie combo meals Mississauga

PSB cafe is a promoting channel in Mississauga which promotes different types of food combos especially the low calorie combo meals Mississauga made by the students of HMC and Davis campuses of Sheridan.

While brainstorming the ideas for creating the new food cafe in Sheridan Mississauga and Brampton campus offered by PSB cafe, we were in very confusion. “How our product is going to be convenient and healthier for the students?”. Then we got the idea of making our food items with low calories.

A calorie is the energy unit. Calorie sources include different types of food items like fats, carbohydrates, proteins or sugars. These items are very necessary for our daily needs too.  McDaniel a dietitian once said, “There’s conventional wisdom that men shouldn’t eat fewer than 1,500 calories and women 1,200 calories to ensure that they’re getting a balance of major nutrients and micro-nutrients.”

Our one of the targets is to provide the low calorie combo meals Mississauga and Brampton students.  It will be cheap and convenient, and students will be getting a fresh mind and ideas for doing their work in the campus itself and gives a healthy body too.  We will be introducing some variety sandwiches which contain lots of healthy ingredients like lettuce, tomato, onion, fat burning pickles, and some amount of cold cut which is totally carbohydrates and fat free, some souses for getting different tastes as per the student’s choice.  Salads are the next part.  There will a unique salad which will be completely veggie which will be a combination of vegetables and fruits.  Absolutely no meat.  In the pack, one side it will be fruits like pieces of apple, grapes, kiwi etc. and the other side will be vegetables like lemon, lettuce, tomato, garnish etc.

And the next thing that is a drink which is in our mind and we are working on it.  It will a blend of vegetables and fruits.  But we need so many extra things like blenders, water, mixers.  So, we are working on it.  Mostly the drinks will be also introduced.  We also have a big meal combo which is the combination of all three mentioned above that is a sandwich, salad and drink which will be given to the students with a small promotion on price.

We will be also displaying all the products through the TV with the number of calories each meal possesses.

 

Advantages of low-calorie meal

Based on the researches, the low-calorie meal provides our high-quality lifestyle.  The restriction of taking a meal that allowed to a man that is 1200 to 1600 calories per day and a woman that is 1000 to 1200 calories per day to reduce the weight.  For the rapid loss of weight, people will take only the meal which has a calorie of 800.  This meal includes shakes, bars, soups.

 

As in Molecular Aspects of Medicine in June 2011, calorie restriction will help the people in many healthy ways.  It helps in living for a long, physical activities are done with greater energy, cancer rates can be reduced, age-related problems for the brain can be abridged, reproduction process can be done in a good manner.

 

There are some changes that we should bring in our daily food routines.  What to eat includes:

Compliant Foods

  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Lean proteins
  • Low- or no-fat dairy products
  • Whole grains
  • Herbs and spices

Non-Compliant Foods

  • Refined carbohydrates (in excess)
  • Rich, fatty foods (in excess)
  • Sweetened beverages

The low-calorie diet will be a diet which will be having very low carbohydrates content and fatty content.

So, our low-calorie meal combo will be introduced soon through the PSB café and all the promotion process will be done through the social media platforms and also through the TV displays of both the campuses.
