Sheridan PSB Juice gyms provide online classes that students can book whenever they have free time between classes or after classes in order to maintain a healthy active lifestyle. whether or not students prefer to work out from the comfort of their own home or make the time to workout in Sheridan PSB gym locations located on the Sheridan campus, Sheridan provides access many different amenities such as a local juice bar that provide students with protein shakes and vitamin juices packed full of essential vitamins necessary for an intense workout.
all students that provide a student’s card upon signing up with PSB will be granted with a student discount an upgraded membership that allows them access to all the amenities at each location PSB. this includes access to the swimming area, sauna, juice bar subscription, and a membership that charged directly to their student ID cards.
We are aware that do to local health awareness guidelines, students may not have the access that they wish to the PSB gym because of this we have Implemented an online service that allows students to customize their schedule for gym workouts that allow them to join online classes run by highly trained personal trainers, Book specific times where they can access the gym with only a few other customers( this is highly dependent on the local guidelines of Covid 19), and book one on one training sessions with personal trainers Online at specified times. with this we hope to overcome the lockdowns of cover 19 while still adhering to official health and safety guidelines but all the while allowing students access to maintaining healthy mental and physical health.
As stated, before with a successful membership sign up our members will have access to juice bar subscriptions that allow students to customize protein shakes and have them delivered straight to their place of residence. with this subscription service it allows students to pick which flavors appeal to them as well as specific types of protein powders such as whey or soy protein base powder. this subscription also gives access two different types of vegetable juices that will also be delivered to students with their protein powder.
Although PSB only have certain locations opened at specified Sheridan gyms with limited capacities by adding subscription services as well as access to other facilities and online access as well, we hope to provide Sheridan students not only with an affordable fitness option that can easily be maintained with a hectic school schedule but to provide all needs that a student may have while dealing with their mental health physical health and maintaining a student’s active lifestyle.
PSB Sheridan locations are now open at the Mississauga Trafalgar campus at Sheridan as well as Brampton Ontario’s Sheraton Davis campus. we are happy to let students have access to not only the campus, but the PSB shared in gym locations as well
